Welcome to Red Miso — a place where tradition, family, and community come together at the table.

For decades, our family has been proud to call Northeastern Pennsylvania home. Over the last 40+ years, we've worked hard to bring the flavors of our Asian heritage to the community that has supported us from the very beginning. Many of you first knew us as 570 Ramen, a humble ramen spot with a simple mission: serve comforting, high-quality food at an honest price.

As the world changed after the pandemic, so did we. With your encouragement and continued support, we dreamed bigger. We expanded our menu, elevated our atmosphere, and created a space that reflects both our cultural roots and our deep connection to this community. That dream became Red Miso.

Today, Red Miso is more than a restaurant — it’s a gathering place. We’ve expanded our menu to include more bold, modern Asian dishes, and added a full bar with happy hour specials. We thoughtfully designed every detail of the restaurant to be affordable and family-friendly. Red Miso is welcoming enough for a casual night out with the kids, yet polished enough for an impressive date night or celebration.

Through every evolution, one thing has never changed: our pride in serving the people of NEPA. You’ve supported our family businesses for generations, and we are endlessly grateful.
